Congratulations on entering the Natura Wines/Trek Travel Sweepstakes. All entrants receive $200 off select Classic Guided Trek Travel trips. This offer excludes Cross Country USA, Pro Race, Private/Custom, Special Edition, and Self-Guided, trips. The discount applies only to eligible trips as specified by Trek Travel.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of countries where participation in such promotions is not prohibited by law. No sign-up or registration is required to receive the discount.

Overview
One winner will receive a free Trek Travel Long-Weekend Bike Tour in North America. This giveaway is part of the Banfi Natura-Wine promotion and is completed by signing up via the QR code found on the promotional hang tag attached to select Banfi Natura-Wine bottles.
Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who scan the QR code and complete the sweepstakes entry form. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of countries where participation in such giveaways is not prohibited by law. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Trek Travel, Banfi, or their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The winner must be physically fit enough to participate in a Trek Travel cycling trip. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at Trek Travel’s discretion.
Entry and Selection
Participants enter the giveaway by scanning the QR code on the Banfi Natura-Wine hang tag and submitting the required information. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries. The selection of the winner is final and not subject to appeal.
Prize
The prize is one Trek Travel Long-Weekend Bike Tour in North America. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. One prize per person. The prize includes only the trip package as described by Trek Travel. All other expenses—including travel to the trip’s starting location, pre- or post-trip accommodations, personal expenses, and insurance—are the responsibility of the winner. The prize does not cover upgrades or additional fees.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with Trek Travel’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree that their information may be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for communication from Trek Travel.
Fraud Prevention
Trek Travel reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
Modification and Termination of Giveaway
Trek Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time without notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Wisconsin.
General Terms and Limitation of Liability
All prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms & Conditions. Trek Travel’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. Participants agree that Trek Travel, Banfi, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, death, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
